Shipping:
All goods are printed to order, and shipped via courier within 7 to 10 days or receipt of payment. Should we be experiencing longer than normal delivery times, we will email you to advise you over the delay.
Please note: All goods must be checked for damage before signing courier's delivery note. If you find the door has been damaged in transit please sign the courier's delivery note as damaged and inform us immediately. Any goods not signed for as damaged cannot be replaced.

Retuns:
As per the Distance Selling Regulations, customers have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery. You will need to send the products back to us at your own cost, unused and undamaged with their original packaging. In this case, picture door will give a full refund for goods returned to us.

The customer has a duty of care while the goods are in their possession, and they are the customer's responsibility until the goods have been received on these premises.
